  • Marine Operations Superintendent Aberdeen, UK

    Description:
    Based in Aberdeen and reporting to the Director – Marine and Safety, you will take ownership of the safety , risk, environmental and quality management on assigned vessels.  Ensuring compliance with industry and company legislation, regulations, conventions and codes you will arrange inspections and ensure resulting recommendations are carried out in a timely manner.  You must be able to work accurately under pressure and to deadlines.
    Experience:
    Previous service on a DP Diving Support Vessel or similar, as part of the on board senior management team.
    Qualifications:
    You must hold a Class One (Deck) certificate or equivalent.
    Other:
    Applicants must have the right to work and in the UK with no limits and be available to travel internationally at short notice.

  • Technical Superintendent
    Salary:
    Negotiable
    Location:
    Liverpool, UK
    Description:
    Based in Liverpool, you will have responsibility for the efficient operation of vessels assigned to you.  You will operate to company procedures and best ship management practices whilst giving absolute regard to safety of life at sea and protection of the environment at all times. Working as part of a team, co-operation and flexibility together with excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential.   The ability to plan and deliver within given deadlines is imperative as is the proven ability to administer technical and budgetary requirements.
    Experience:
    You must have previous experience at sea as Chief Engineer and shorebased experience as a Technical Superintendent.
    Qualifications:
    You must hold a Class One certificate and preferably have a recognised engineering or naval architecture qualification.
    Other:
    Applicants must have the right to work and in the UK with no limits and be available to travel internationally at short notice.  No relocation package is offered with this position.
